Revisión de la consistencia y/o veracidad de la información.El Fondo nacional de Vivienda o quien este indique, tendrá la facultad de revisar en cualquier momento la consistencia y/o veracidad de la información suministrada por los postulantes.

En caso de evidenciarse inconsistencias en la documentación presentada por los postulantes, el Fondo nacional de Vivienda dará traslado de la información a las entidades competentes para la investigación de posibles conductas punibles, y dará aplicación a la sanción de que trata el artículo 30 de la Ley 3 de 1991.
