Utilización del Aporte del Hogar. A la terminación de la etapa de arrendamiento objeto de subsidio, el hogar podrá optar por adquirir la vivienda objeto de arrendamiento o una diferente, para lo cual podrá hacer uso de los recursos de su aporte que no hayan sido desembolsados en el ejercicio de las garantías constituidas por el hogar para respaldar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.
