Ni las partes, ni el público, podrán elogiar o censurar, aplaudir o hacer demostraciones hostiles a los Jurados ni antes de las audiencias, ni durante ellas, ni después de concluidos los debates. La violación de lo aquí dispuesto hará incurrir al infractor en una multa de diez a cien pesos, que el juez del conocimiento impondrá disciplinariamente, de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona.
