Artívulo 7° Los aspirantes a ingresar al Instituto deben reunir las siguientes condiciones

Presentar certificados de haber terminado estudios secundarios en cualquiera de los establecimientos que estén facultados para expedir diplomas de bachillerato.

Presentar el certificado de admisión a estudios universitarios de acuerdo con el Decreto número 1568 de 1934 y con las disposiciones que en lo sucesivo se dicten; y

Presentar certificado de buena salud expedido por un médico graduado.
