Cuando las sociedades anónimas o asimiladas socias de sociedades de personas y los socios o accionistas personas naturales y sucesiones ilíquidas invoquen hechos constitutivos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que afecten las rentas de sus aportes y acciones, corresponde a la so ciedad la demostración de tales hechos y al socio o accionista la prueba de la incidencia de los mismos en la determinación de una renta líquida inferior a la renta presuntiva determinada de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º de este Decreto.
