Art. 24° . La Compañia tiene, durante su privilejio, derecho esclusivo para establecer la tarifa de precios que cobrará por el tránsito por el canal, uso de sus escalas, almacenes i muebles; i ningún buque podrá pasar por el Canal, sin que dichos precios le sean satisfechos. Estos precios seran siempre iguales para los individuos, buques, mercancias i caudales de todas las naciones.
