Adiciónase la primera liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1899 y 1900 con la cantidad de $ 100,000, imputable así:

Artículo 368 (E). Pura dar cumplimiento á la Ley 26 de 1898, por la cual se rinde homenaje á Jesucristo y se ordena la erección de un monumento (crédito implícito). $ 100,000.
