º . Factores de estratificación. Para la estratificación física de las viviendas se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes factores: --Características físicas de las viviendas. --Disponibilidad de servicios públicos domiciliarios. --Estado de las vías adyacentes y demás elementos de la infraestructura. --Facilidades recreacionales y zonas verdes. --Naturaleza y calidad de los medios de transporte. --Uso y concentración comercial. --En zonas rurales, se tendrá en cuenta, además, la extensión y uso del lote anexo a la vivienda.
