Artículo tercero. En el texto de la Resolución que señale la obligación de contratar aprendices deberá anunciarse al interesado que la no contratación de éstos y el no pago de los salarios de que trata el Artículo 3°. del Decreto 2375 de 1974, conlleva la no expedición del paz y salvo del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, a que se refiere el Artículo 29 del Decreto 3123 de 1968.
