º. Asamblea Ordinaria. Los afiliados a la Caja de Auxilios y Prestaciones de la Asociación Colombiana de Aviadores Civiles, Caxdac, que se encuentren cotizando o hayan sido pensionados, se reunirán en asamblea ordinaria una vez al año, dentro del mes de marzo, con el fin de elegir sus representantes en la Junta Directiva de dicha entidad.

Parágrafo 1

De conformidad con el Decreto-ley 1283 de 1994, los miembros de la Junta Directiva de Caxdac no requerirán ser aviadores civiles.

Parágrafo 2

La primera elección de la Junta de la Caja se hará dentro del mes de septiembre de 1994.
