Art. 33. Para los efectos legales serán válidos los grados, títulos y certificados de cursos que expidan las Facultades de los Departamentos que tengan carácter oficial al tiempo de la expedición de esta ley, siempre que la extensión de los cursos no sea en ningún caso inferior a la de los que se hagan en las Facultades a cargo del Gobierno nacional.
