El presente Decreto rige a partir del primero (1°) de enero de 1969, deroga el Decreto 301 de febrero de 1966, las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y produce efectos fiscales desde el primero (1°) de septiembre de 1968 para los empleados que estando al servicio de la antigua Superintendencia de Regulación Económica en esa fecha fueren designados para ocupar cargos de esta planta.
