El Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional sustituirá a partir de la mesada pensional el mes de junio de 1995, a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, en el pago de las pensiones de vejez, jubilación, invalidez, sustitución pensional o sobrevivientes, reconocidas hasta el 31 de mayo de 1995, En consecuencia, la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social pagará las mesadas pensionales de enero, febrero, marzo, abril y mayo de 1995, previa la suscripción de un convenio con el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
