De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el articulo 67 de la Ley 86 de 1946, los libros, archivos y demás enseres de la Propiedad Literaria y Artística que ha venido funcionando en la Sección de Negocios Generales del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se entregarán, previo inventario, al Director de la Biblioteca Nacional (Sección Quinta), bajo cuya dirección y custodia funcionará hasta que se organice la Oficina de Registro Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual.
