Una letra puede ser aceptada antes de ser firmada por el girador, o cuando esté incompleta por otros motivos, o cuando esté vencida, o después que se haya rechazado la aceptación o el pago. Pero cuando una letra pagadera después de la vista es re4chazada por no aceptación y el girado la acepta después, el tenedor, salvo en contrario, tiene derecho a que la letra se considere como aceptada en la fecha de la primera presentación.
