Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional, a través de los Ministerios de Cultura y de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, en coordinación con la Gobernación de Arauca y la Alcaldía de Puerto Rondón, para formular los planes, programas, estrategias y proyectos que sean necesarios para la identificación, caracterización, promoción y difusión de los usos, costumbres, actividades artísticas y manifestaciones culturales que hacen parte de la identidad del pueblo Rondoneño.
