º Los establecimientos de crédito que no acrediten dentro del término señalado en los artículos 2º , 3º y 4º del presente Decreto los niveles de capital y reserva requeridos, serán sancionados con una multa equivalente al 3.5% sobre el valor del defecto, que será impuesta por la Superintendencia Bancaria por cada mes de mora en el ajuste.
