Una vez otorgada la fianza, la autoridad ante la cual se haya prestado, comunicará por telégrafo la orden de entrega de los elementos al respectivo Administrador de Aduana o empleado correspondiente, y remitirá original la solicitud y la diligencia de fianza a la Dirección del Material de Guerra, por el correo siguiente al día del otorgamiento.
