º. El Banco de la República seguirá un procedimiento similar al establecido en el artículo 4º de este Decreto, ajustándose a las modalidades propias del caso, cuando se trate de los "Certificados de Oro" expedidos por razón de la exportación de los metales y minerales. a que se refiere el artículo 7º de la Ley 61 de 1947.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que esta disposición no autoriza la exportación de metal en desuso, de desecho, o en forma de chatarra de cualquier clase.
