Cancelación. El proponente inscrito en el RUP que desee cancelar el registro deberá diligenciar el formulario RUES con la indicación de sus datos básicos, señalar con una equis (x) el campo correspondiente a cancelación y radicarlo en cualquier cámara de comercio, dicho trámite no genera costo para el usuario. La cámara de comercio del domicilio del proponente procederá con la revisión del formulario y generará la inscripción por cancelación. Contra este acto administrativo de trámite no procede recurso alguno.
