Adiciónese el artículo 396C al Título XIV (Delitos contra mecanismos de participación democrática) de la Ley 599 de 2000 , el cual quedará así: Artículo 396C. Omisión de información del aportante. El que no informe de sus aportes realizados a las campañas electorales conforme a los términos establecidos en la ley, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años y multa de cuatrocientos (400) a mil doscientos (1.200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
