Decrétase la construcción y dotación por parte de la Nación, de sendos Puestos de Salud en las poblaciones de Cedeño, Briceño, El Cedro, Berlín y Ochalí, dentro de las especificaciones aprobadas por la Beneficencia de Antioquia y en concordancia con los planes de desarrollo hospitalario del Departamento de Antioquia.
