°. Certificación del monto a distribuir. La distribución anual de los recursos, convertidos a Unidades Fonpet, con corte a 31 de diciembre de cada vigencia, se hará con base en el monto de reservas acumuladas, registrado con cargo a las fuentes "Fondo Nacional de Regalías" en el sistema de información del Fonpet, sobre el 50% de los recursos del FNR que ingresaron al Fonpet, en los términos señalados por el inciso 3° del artículo 48 de la Ley 863 de 2003. Esta información será suministrada por la Dirección General de Regulación Económica de la Seguridad Social -DRESS- del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público al Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
