Participación de los pueblos indígenas en el consejo directivo del IGAC. El IGAC dentro del proceso de adecuación institucional, garantizará la inclusión de un representante de los Pueblos Indígenas en su Consejo Directivo.

Parágrafo

El representante de los pueblos indígenas será escogido en la Mesa Permanente de Concertación (MPC) creada mediante Decreto número 1397 de 1996, a través de un acta de designación firmada por los representantes legales de cada organización nacional indígena que la integran.
