Artículo diez y seis. Las normas vigentes para el recaudo, reclamaciones y revisiones del impuesto de renta y complementarios, serán aplicables por analogía a la "Cuota de Rehabilitación y Fomento", siempre que no sean contrarias a los Decretos legislativos que la establecieron ni a este Decreto reglamentario.
