Es deber de la Comisión Legislativa de Cuentas de la Cámara de Representantes examinar dentro de los quince días siguientes a su presentación la cuenta de ordenación de gastos de cada Ministerio, y presentar a la misma Cámara el respectivo proyecto de resolución. Para este fin agregará al informe que debe presentar al Congreso, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 184 de la Constitución, la copia del diario y el balance del mayor, correspondiente al período fiscal anterior y al tiempo transcurrido de la vigencia económica en curso.
