El que en establecimiento comercial destinado al público como restaurante, bar, cantina, tienda u otros similares, suministre bebidas alcohólicas o cualquier otra sustancia toxica, o estimule embriaguez o intoxicación en menores de 18 años, incurrirá en arresto de uno (1) a tres (3) años y en la clausura del establecimiento. En la misma medida incurrirá el que expenda licores adulterados. CAPITULO TERCERO De las conductas que atentan contra el orden social.
