Artículo 2.2.6.12.4.1. Sistema de información del Subsistema de Evaluación y Certificación de Competencias. El Ministerio del Trabajo a través de la Plataforma de Información del Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones (SNC), llevará un registro de la información generada en la implementación del Subsistema de Evaluación y Certificación de Competencias (SECC), que sea de interés público el cual deberá estar disponible de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el ente rector y la normatividad vigente sobre tratamiento y protección de datos personales.
