Los laboratorios biológicos y opoterápicos de sueros o vacunas, deberán ser dirigidos por farmacéutico-biólogo, químico-biólogo titulado en cualquiera de las Facultades reconocidas por el Gobierno, o por médico especialista en el ramo, debidamente autorizado.
