Las personas que soliciten pasaporte oficial deberán llenar los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 16 del presente Decreto. Tendrán que presentar además, copia debidamente autenticada de la disposición de nombramiento o comprobar que se encuentran en una de las categorías señaladas en el artículo anterior.
