Formas De Llenar Las Faltas Absolutas

Los diputados no tendrán suplentes. Las faltas absolutas de los diputados serán suplidas por los candidatos no elegidos que según el orden de inscripción o de votación obtenida, le sigan en forma sucesiva y descendente en la misma lista electoral, según se trate de listas cerradas o con voto preferente.

El Presidente o a falta temporal de este el Vicepresidente de la asamblea, dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la declaratoria, llamará a los candidatos que se encuentren en tal situación, a tomar posesión del cargo vacante.
