º . Valor de la caución . De acuerdo con las equivalencias para la reposición de los vehículos de servicio público de transporte automotor de carga, previstas en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, el valor de la garantía bancaria o el monto asegurado de la póliza de seguros, será de un millón doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($1.250.000) moneda corriente, multiplicados por la capacidad de carga (tonelaje) del vehículo o vehículos que originalmente tuviesen la obligación de desintegrar, es decir, del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la capacidad incorporada.
