º Las oficinas de destino que reciban encomiendas contra reembolso formarán un legajo especial de las planillas respectivas, sobre las cuales se anotará el número y el valor del giro postal que cubra el monto del reembolso, y luego el recibo del destinatario de la encomienda y la fecha en que le sea entregada, anotaciones que también se harán sobre los correspondientes boletines de expedición.
