Control fiscal . El Contralor General de la República ejercerá la vigilancia sobre el manejo de los fondos y bienes, con aplicación de reglamentos especiales, acordes con la naturaleza de la entidad y la índole de las actividades que le corresponden, de modo que dejen a salvo su autonomía administrativa, ajustándose a normas de la ley, decretos reglamentarios, y a los presentes estatutos.
