2.2.1.2.4. Subarrendamiento financiero (subleasing). Los establecimientos bancarios y las compañías de financiamiento podrán recibir de las sociedades de leasing extranjeras, bienes de leasing para ser entregados en calidad de subarrendamiento financiero, a personas domiciliadas o residentes en Colombia. En este evento, el establecimiento bancario o la compañía de financiamiento deberá estar expresamente autorizado por la sociedad de leasing extranjera para entregar el bien en subarriendo. NOTA : Esta disposición fue reubicada desde el artículo 2.2.1.2.4 y modificada en este lugar, de conformidad con el artículo 62 del decreto 1745 del 2020.
