Decreto 1697 de 1994 · por le cual se reglamenta el Servicio Postal

Contratación con terceros. Los concesionarios o licenciatarios de los servicios postales no podrán subcontratar total ni parcialmente la prestación del servicio objeto de la concesión o licencia.

Parágrafo

Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, los concesionarios o licenciatarios podrán y contratar con terceros y bajo su responsabilidad e identificación, algunas de las actividades operativas necesarias para la prestación del servicio, de lo cual deberán informar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones establecerá los lugares donde pueden haber agencias indirectas.
