° Suspéndese la vigencia del artículo 12 del Decreto número 568 de 1946, mientras se expide una reglamentación mas completa sobre la materia. Entretanto, en los puntos a que se refiere dicho artículo, regirán las disposiciones que se hallaban vigentes en el momento de expedirse el referido Decreto.
