En la sentencia deberá el juez: 1º Decidir definitivamente sobre los créditos que se hayan presentado oportunamente, con especificación de su cuantía y graduación conforme a las leyes; 2º Decidir sobre las acciones de revocación, simulación y disolución previstas en el capítulo sexto.
