El valor de las pólizas de manejo y cumplimiento de los funcionarios del Ministerio de Comunicaciones que deben constituir fianzas, se cancelará con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo. La Auditoría General ante el Ministerio determinará en cada caso la cuantía de la fianza de conformidad con las normas fiscales vigentes.
