Articulo 16. El profesorado de la Escuela estará integrado por profesores civiles y profesores militares. Tanto los unos como los otros, serán calificados anualmente por la Dirección de la Escuela, sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos. Copia de éstas calificaciones se enviará al Ministerio fie Guerra por conducto regular. Las correspondientes a los profesores militares se agregarán a su hoja de vida.
