Artículo diecinueve . El numeral 3º del literal a) del artículo 83 del Decreto 421 de 1982, quedará así Constituir fianza o depósito cuya cuantía determine la respectiva entidad concesionista, para garantizar el pago de premios, y las demás obligaciones que genere el juego. El numeral 2 del literal b) del Decreto 421 de 1982 quedará así: Constituir fianza o depósito cuya cuantía determine la respectiva entidad concesionista, para garantizar el pago de premios y las demás obligaciones que genere el juego.
