Una vez restablecido de su enfermedad, el doctor Jorge Avella Saavedra practicará visitas de estudio en las principales instalaciones siderúrgicas, en las obras de aprovechamiento hidráulico y en las plantas generadoras de energía eléctrica, procurara obtener conocimientos y datos que luégo sirvan para los planes en el desarrollo de nuestra propia industria, y rendirá luégo a este Ministerio un informe completo.
