Adicionar las siguientes definiciones al Título II del Sector de Gas, artículo 2.2.2.1.4., del Decreto 1073 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector de Minas y Energía: Confiabilidad : capacidad del sistema de producción, transporte, almacenamiento y distribución de gas natural de prestar el servicio sin interrupciones de corta duración ante fallas en la infraestructura. Seguridad de abastecimiento : capacidad del sistema de producción, transporte, almacenamiento y distribución de gas natural, bajo condiciones normales de operación, para atender la demanda en el mediano y largo plazo.
