°. Tan pronto como esté perfeccionado el contrato, el Ministerio nombrará la comisión o comisiones que crea convenientes a fin de efectuar el reconocimiento del depósito o yacimiento y el muestreo y estudio del mismo. Si de los estudios hechos por el personal técnico del Ministerio apareciere que el yacimiento es comercialmente explotable, el Gobierno procederá a organizar la explotación sea directamente o por medio de administración delegada.
