En los casos del ordinal a) del artículo anterior, el retiro de tales mercaderías y demás artículos estará libre del pago de impuestos, gravámenes y demás contribuciones fiscales, salvo que se trate de productos nacional es cuya exportación estuviere gravada, cuyo caso los gravámenes de exportación serán cubiertos al tiempo de retirarse tales artículos del área de la Zona.
