° El recurso de reposición procede únicamente contra las resoluciones de la Prefectura por las cuales se imponen multas u otras sanciones previstas en la legislación sobre control de oro y cambios, o se niegan licencias para la explotación de minas de oro y de platino. Todos los demás actos cumplidos por la Prefectura no son susceptibles de recurso alguno.
