Las disminuciones del Subsidio Familiar rigen a partir de la fecha en que se haya producido el hecho que las determina. Los interesados están en la obligación de dar el aviso correspondiente dentro de los treinta días siguientes. Si no lo hicieren, la Dirección General de la Policía ordenará el descuento de una suma igual al doble de lo que hubiere recibido en exceso.
