°. Solicitud de licencia ambiental o de establecimiento del plan de manejo ambiental. Cuando se pretenda desarrollar un proyecto, obra o actividad dentro del ámbito territorial previsto en los artículos 2° y 3° de este decreto, a la solicitud de licencia ambiental o de establecimiento del Plan de Manejo Ambiental, se anexará las certificaciones de que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto.
