Artículo 1° Abrese al Presupuesto de gastos de la presente vigencia, el siguiente crédito adicional:

Artículo 2° Para pagar los sueldos de los empleados del Senado, en noventa días de sesiones ordinarias, a treinta y tres mil cuatrocientos ochenta pesos ($ 33,480), así:
