Para dar cumplimiento y viabilidad a la presente Ley, la Nación procederá a incluír en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia la cantidad de setecientos mil pesos ($ 700.000.00), y si no lo hiciere, queda facultado el Gobierno para verificar los traslados y abrir los créditos correspondientes a efectuar las operaciones de carácter fiscal hasta el cumplimiento total de esta disposición.
